Who We Are
NewGrowth is operated by BlueMidnightWeb LLC, doing business as NewGrowth (“NewGrowth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our mailing address is 1800 North Vine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90028.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve our AI receptionist and business-communications service:
- Account and business information: Your name, email address, phone number, business profile, service preferences, and account settings.
- Service communications: Call metadata, call audio when recording is enabled, transcripts, summaries, AI-generated takeaways, messages, voicemail, booking details, and instructions you provide.
- Customer and contact information: Contact details, conversation history, appointment and booking information, SMS consent and opt-out status, and related business data you provide or that NewGrowth handles for your business.
- Website and usage information: Website forms, device and browser information, product usage, diagnostics, and error reports.
- Billing Data: Subscription status and billing information processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI receptionist, calling, messaging, and scheduling features
- Process calls and messages according to your instructions
- Generate transcripts, summaries, takeaways, and other service outputs
- Send service, account, appointment, and other requested communications
- Analyze, maintain, secure, and improve the service
- Provide customer support
- Meet legal, carrier, fraud-prevention, and security requirements
3. Text Messaging / SMS
NewGrowth may send text messages needed to provide a requested service, such as verification, appointment, conversation, and account communications. When a subscribed business enables NewGrowth messaging, NewGrowth may send appointment, customer-care, and other permitted texts on that business’s behalf to the business’s opted-in customers. Message frequency varies based on the recipient’s interaction, requests, and services used. Message and data rates may apply.
Appointment and customer-care texts require the applicable service-text consent. Marketing, promotional, and win-back texts require separate promotional consent; appointment history or a phone number alone is not promotional consent. Subscribed businesses are required to retain the consent evidence for their customers. NewGrowth processes opt-out signals and retains consent or opt-out information provided through its messaging workflows.
For the public NewGrowth demo form, we collect and retain the phone number, timestamp, consent version and disclosure, source page, and privacy-protective request evidence associated with the visitor’s affirmative checkbox. That checkbox covers only the visitor’s own demo request; it does not create consent for a salon to message its customers.
Recipients can opt out of applicable NewGrowth or business text messages by replying STOP and can receive messaging help by replying HELP where those options are offered. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Data Security and Sharing
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
- Encrypted network connections and encrypted storage
- Access controls and monitoring designed to protect service data
- Service providers that help us run NewGrowth, such as telephony and messaging, cloud storage and databases, AI and speech processing, analytics, email and notification, billing, and scheduling providers
- Disclosures required by law or needed to protect NewGrowth, our users, or others
We do not sell salon or customer data. We may share information with service providers acting for us, with integrations you choose to connect, at your direction, or when legally required. We may process service data to provide, secure, support, and improve NewGrowth.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request account deletion in Settings at app.getnewgrowth.com or by contacting [email protected].
When an account deletion is completed, NewGrowth deletes account-owned call recordings from its recording storage and deletes associated provider recordings before the account record is removed. Limited information may remain in backups or systems retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or billing purposes until those systems are overwritten or their retention period ends.
6. Third-Party Services
We use service providers to operate NewGrowth, which may include:
- Twilio — telephony, messaging, and verification
- Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud — cloud infrastructure and storage
- Supabase — authentication and database services
- Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, and other configured speech or AI providers — AI and speech processing

7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data (via Settings → Delete Account)
